By booking or receiving services at INKED Cosmetic Tattoo Studio, you agree to the following terms and policies outlined below.

Age Requirement

Guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive cosmetic or paramedical tattoo services.

Consultation & Treatment Process

Most cosmetic tattoo services require two appointments to achieve optimal results:

• Initial session
• Perfecting session typically scheduled 6–8 weeks later

Results develop gradually as the skin heals.

Healing & Results

Healed results vary from person to person based on:

• Skin type
• Lifestyle factors
• Adherence to aftercare instructions
• Individual healing response

Following all aftercare instructions provided by your artist is essential for achieving the best healed outcome.

Appointment Policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the appointment deposit.

Deposits

Deposits may be required to reserve an appointment time. Deposits are applied toward your service total and are non-refundable.

Deposits may be transferred once if sufficient notice is provided.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of cosmetic tattoo services and the variables involved in healing, refunds are not offered.

Our team is committed to working with you to achieve the best possible healed results.

Late Arrival Policy

Guests arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment if there is not enough time remaining to complete the service safely and properly.

Late arrivals may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Perfecting Session

Most cosmetic tattoo procedures require a perfecting session approximately 6–8 weeks after the initial appointment once the skin has fully healed.

Perfecting sessions allow your artist to refine color, shape, and overall balance to achieve the best healed result.

Perfecting sessions are not included in the initial service price and may be scheduled separately.

Additional sessions may be recommended depending on individual healing and desired results.

Medical Conditions

Guests are responsible for informing their artist of any medical conditions, medications, or skin concerns that may affect treatment.

Some conditions may require medical clearance prior to treatment.

Results Disclaimer

Cosmetic and paramedical tattoo procedures are a form of semi-permanent cosmetic treatment. Results may vary and may require maintenance sessions over time.

Pigment Retention

Pigment retention varies from person to person and may be affected by factors including skin type, lifestyle, medications, skincare products, sun exposure, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

INKED Cosmetic Tattoo Studio cannot guarantee specific healed results, color retention, or longevity of cosmetic tattoo treatments.

Additional sessions may be required to achieve or maintain desired results.
